this song speaks to me at times you know awareness of death, friendship and hope and being on own in this world. Nab introduced me to The Smiths and my link with that song would be with Nabster, whatever the future will bring. Ilove this chorus...depressing and happy at same time...

Another Rumor BUSTED...Death of one the Danish Cartoonists SO NOT TRUE...this is what i got today in my mailbox
Can you believe i got this CHAINLETTER in my mailbox today, somehow this topic pops up every now and then????
...anyone with better arabic skills let me know what it says Shame on me, aiaiai, i have to learn arabic Fast

First they say CARTOONIST and then editor heh, which one then? AND Kurt Westergaard died in mysterious fire that i havent heard of whole March....SO NOT TRUE...or as he would probably say Hearsays about my death are overly exaggareted LOL

So here is exerpt from my reply to who sent me this
They should sum up my stance on whole thing:
3.Even if that story would have been real, to laugh or be happy at somebody's violent death is sign of heartlessness and bad taste and major drop of in respect in my eyes. Peoples' deaths are NOT FUN!
...though death is natural thing. you dont have to be overly sad becauze:
a) person lives on in your memories, or via DNA in children or
b) if one believes in afterlife, then death is just leaving body behind.
But its different to be happy and say "seee he got punished". it shows our bad side to be happy over somebody's death like that in my opinion.
4.You wouldnt have lost anything by not sending this on ;) too. But thanks making me wiser about another Rumor people so much want to believe...
5. There are 12 cartoonists, not 1, he didnt draw all of them, and several cartoons joke on various other people ie including cartoonist, some politician, newspaper itself, Danish society, situation, they are bit like inside joke, own self-humor. and not just one guilty party, Danish imams added some photos that were NOT even printed in that Danish newspaper. this song was big hit in 92, when i finished elementary school and my classmates dedicated this song to me at final party as i was dzigitt ie Georgian dancer hehe, one clown asked us to do that, dance georgian dance, so i improvised hehe, anyway, when classmates dedicated this to me, i wan...ted to vanish hahaha, was embarrassed,what was i thinking...i was much much shy!
but this has now changed. next time youll play this song ill dance :)
