"20 ingredients to avoid - For a plethora of reasons, including GMO's, harmful preservatives, artificial sweeteners, and processed fake foods if you see this on a product, put it back. Sugar, Soy, Corn, Canola Oil? think probable GMO beet sugar, soy, corn and rapeseed/canola oil.

Less of these stuff the better...especially most of stuff that is produced in Big Agro / Chemo Food Inc- in USA or their subs and partners elsewhere. I hope that ban on GMOs in Russia and some of Europe means that non gmo label really mean that. Especially in corn. I have to admit that i havent completely given up suga and i have to admit that i still eat sometimes processed food like chips and sausages etc,  but i try to eat more natural stuff.  I have cut down more on pastry that is made in bakeries though.  I know because i work in one.  call me devils advocate for that...But seriously...what do you get if only eat white sugar and margarine based( which contains of hydrogentated vegetable oils and vegetable fats- it doesnt always say what vegetable oil or fats they are or if they are gmo or not or how they are made) wheat flour with flour additives pastries ? Add to this HFCS and its namesakes glycose-fructose syrup in europe ( i read on one label that sometmes its wheat based as well, maybe thats better than majority of us corn based HFCS/G-FS?)....or gmo soy and soy derivatives...or the companies that use multiple vegetable oils in process of baking even those with Gmo sources and while original product whithin ingridients has been labeled as gmo...the end product doesnt always say that gmo based soy beans oil for instance has been used... so you have russian roulette of health and food....
